Our Leadership

Our church is one body with many parts, and we seek to live out that reality together. Although we each have different gifts and roles, we believe every member has an important part to play in the life of the church and is equally valued. Below you'll find our leadership structure, which exists to lead, serve and equip the whole body as we seek to glorify God together. We have two offices: elders and deacons.

Elders / Pastors

Our church is led by a team of elders rather than a single lead pastor. Following the New Testament pattern of shared, plural leadership, each elder serves alongside the others with equal responsibility and authority. Together, they are responsible for teaching God's Word, leading in prayer, providing pastoral care, and overseeing the spiritual life of the church.

Deacons

Our elders are assisted by deacons. Their roles are to give the elders time to teach, pray, and care pastorally by running practical aspects of church life.
